The referee for Saturday’s game against Queens Park Rangers is Oxfordshire’s Graham Scott.

Scott last took charge of a game involving Birmingham back in March 2012 when Middlesbrough were the visitors to St Andrews in the Championship. Nikola Zigic, Marlon King and Keith Fahey grabbed the goals for Blues that afternoon as they romped home to a 3-0 win.

Steven Caldwell and Guirane N’Daw joined Boro’s Joe Bennett and Tony McMahon in the book that afternoon, no players were sent off.

The 2011/2012 season saw Scott show 129 yellow cards and nine red.

Last season saw Scott show 108 yellow and eight red.

So far this season Scott has shown 83 yellow and 10 red.

Scotts’ assistants on Saturday will be Anthony Tankard and Timothy Wood, while the fourth official will be Stuart Attwell.
