Birmingham City full back Josh Dacres-Cogley is reportedly attracting the interest of Premier League side Southampton according to the Sun online.

The 20-year-old full back has burst onto the scene this year after he was introduced to the first team by previous manager Gary Rowett and he certainly hasn’t looked back since.

Cogley has made nine appearances so far this season under both Rowett and current manager Gianfranco Zola and now it looks like the Saints are ready to make a deadline day swoop for him.

Blues have recently got rid of two right backs so the likelihood of the Championship side getting rid of him is very slim unless an outstanding offer was made for him.

Blues fans, how crushing would it be to see another young player leave the club? Let us know in the comment section down below!
