Gary Rowett knows exactly what to do in order to avoid an upset in the upcoming FA Cup Third Round tie against Blyth Spartans.
Rowett and his team have been involved in upsets themselves whilst running the show at Burton Albion and this experience will see them through against Blyth.
From the previous two and a half years Rowett has became fully aware of what the big teams fail to do when they crash and burn at the feet of giant killing.
The boss did concede that these games can be tricky to navigate but seemed perfectly confident that they will have the players properly ready when this fixture comes along.
Moving on to more pressing matters Gary Rowett explained that his main focus was on Reading this Saturday and the games after that in the league.
He is keen to restore some momentum back to the team as soon as possible following a not so planned set back against Blackpool last Saturday.
