‘Birmingham City Football Club is pleased to confirm that Richard Beale has agreed to recommence the pivotal role of senior professional development coach.’ The official Birmingham City site reported.
Richard is held in high regard amongst both fellow staff members and the players.
Richard Beale forms the pivotal link between the development squads, and the first team. Without this role, players such as Nathan Redmond and Jack Butland may not have been given an opportunity in the Blues first team.
Rowett said:”Richard is a talented coach who will help to provide an important link for us and form a very important part of our plans.”
Beale has been at the club despite managerial changes, which proves how well respected he is amongst many professionals in the game
