Blues bright young midfielder has returned to the club early after being ruled out for Notts County’s weekend fixture.
Reece Brown has returned to Birmingham City after becoming injured whilst on loan at Notts County. Brown had another game to go before his one month loan expired but it has been cut short.
The County manager did not reveal much about the injury but there wasn’t anything to suggest it was serious. Blues will more than likely make a comment on it before the match this weekend.
Brown had been at County for almost a month and had started 4 games for the side. He was impressing well there and Derry seemed slightly upset he was unable to stay with them.
The youngster will more than likely now be given the chance to recover and stake his place for a first team spot before the busy Christmas period kicks in.
If not he could be sent out on loan to a club playing at a higher level unless Clark would like him to go back to Shaun Derry at Notts.
