Birmingham City manager Harry Redknapp will make a decision on the futures of a number of players over the next month.

Viv Solomon-Otabor, David Cotterill and Andrew Shinnie spent part of last season out on loan at Bolton, Bristol City and Hibernian respectively. Redknapp has not worked with them during his short stint at St. Andrews so far.

The 70-year-old is looking to reshape his squad ahead of a play-off assault next season and will start by deciding which players will be moved on.

Solomon-Otabor was highly rated at the club as a youngster but his progress appeared to stall before he was sent out on loan to Bolton where he featured only four times.

Cotterill was part of the first team under Gary Rowett but lost his place under Gianfranco Zola. He was loaned out to Bristol City on the January transfer deadline day. At Ashton Gate, the Welsh international made 13 appearances, scoring twice.

Shinnie returned from an unsuccessful loan spell at Rotherham before being loaned to SPL side Hibernian where he made 32 appearances.
