Reports are circulating that Reading could look to bolster their squad in January with defender Upson.
Whether there is any substance to this rumour or whether Upson would consider Reading a step up remains to be seen, but with Reading’s loan defender Peter Mate out for the season with knee ligament damage they will surely be on the look out for cover and David Sullivan has already admitted that Upson has refused a new contact and Blues will be looking to cash in on him.
