Gary Rowett and his Blues team head to Worcestershire’s number one club in Kidderminster Harriers tomorrow. Harriers are currently managed by Redditch boy; Gary Whild. After a disappointing end to the season where Harriers slipped from being possible play off contenders to ending up finishing 16th, Harriers have started Pre Season brightly with 3 wins out of 4 and will be looking to cause a big shock in the Blues camp and get a positive result at Aggborough.

Blues will be looking to stop any potential upset for around about 2000 fans who will be travelling to Kidderminster on Saturday. Gary Rowett’s side will look to put on a real show for the Blues faithful and hopefully carry on the winning momentum from the 3-0 win at Nuneaton, all with the aim of getting ourselves ready to go and compete for what I believe could be a promotion pushing season.

It is likely that Blues will field two sides of 11 in each half for this match with Blues still focusing on getting players valuable minutes under their belt. Rostyn Griffiths will also be given further chance to impress in Midfield after impressing in the Nuneaton match. Other than that, it will be the same squad of players which were part of that impressive 3-0 win on Tuesday.

Ones to watch…..

Harriers: Ex Blues striker Reece Hales could be a part of the Kidderminster squad on Saturday and he will be looking to get one over his old teammates. Hales earned himself a new deal at Aggborough after impressing in the early part of pre season. Hopefully Hales can get on the pitch and show everyone what he is made of.

Blues: Rostyn Griffiths is my man to watch. After an impressive performance in the first Pre season match of the season, Griffiths will look to produce another eye catching performance that may contribute to the young midfielder gaining a deal at the club.

Kick Off: 12:30.
Venue: Aggborough Stadium.
Blues fans will be situated in the terraced south stand and seated area in the east stand.

My Prediction: 2-0 Blues.
