“Players gave 100% that’s all we ask”- Many Blues fans breathe a sigh of relief after huge point

|

It’s amazing how one little moment can have such a major effect on everything.

One goal, one point and all of a sudden, things are looking an awful lot better.

Even if it’s something as simple as making the gap to the relegation zone five points instead of four, aesthetically, it just looks so much better (even more so when you think how dejected that team must be feeling right now).

Birmingham City picked up a crucial draw in our fight to stay up last night, with a late goal from Lukas Jutkiewicz sparing our blushes at the end. Blues had squandered a great chance to take the lead in the first-half when Scott Hogan missed a penalty, and when Macaulay Bonne put the visitors in the lead, it all looked very gloomy.

Are we safe yet?

Yes

No

But then Jutkiewicz rescued us eight at the end, and it left Blues fans feeling far far happier than they have been after recent games.

What about you? What do you make of that result?

Better, but we should NOT be in this position YEAR after YEAR, the club needs sorting out from top to bottom.
