On Saturday afternoon, Birmingham City will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to five games when they head to Loftus Road to take on Queens Park Rangers.

Following the impressive displays that all three substitutes put in against Sheffield Wednesday last weekend, manager Gary Rowett will certainly have a selection headache, especially with a home game on Tuesday night at the back of his mind.

On loan striker Lukas Jutkiewicz certainly staked his claim for a starting place with the stoppage time winner over the Owls.

Summer signing Greg Stewart looked very lively in the game as well and he also scored for the under 23s earlier in the week so he is definitely knocking on the door of the boss.

Young midfielder Reece Brown looked promising following his introduction so again, he could be somebody who comes into the managers consideration.

However, down below is the side that I think will take on the Hoops, who subsequently haven’t won at home in the league since the first day of the season.

GK: Legzdins
RB: Spector
CB: Shotton
CB: Morrison
LB: Grounds
CM: Gleeson
CM: Kieftenbeld
CM: Davis
RW: Adams
ST: Donaldson
LW: Maghoma

Substitutes: Trueman, Robinson, Stewart, Tesche, Cotterill, Fabbrini, Jutkiewicz.

As you can see, I have chosen the strongest possible XI that I think the club have available at the moment and it is one that I certainly think will be able to win the match on Saturday.

There is a place on the bench for Robert Tesche who missed out against Wednesday with an injury, and young goalkeeper Conal Trueman is once again amongst the substitutes with Tomasz Kuszczak still out injured.

Blues fans, do you agree with the XI that has been predicted? Is it one that you would field yourselves? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section down below!
