Birmingham City travel to Carrow Road this weekend to take on Norwich City as they go in search of their first win under boss Gianfranco Zola.

The Italian has now been in charge of eight games since taking over at St.Andrews back in mid-December and with some serious funds being spent so far this month, he will be hoping that results start to turn in his favour.

Over the last few weeks, Blues have slowly started to come to terms with how the former Chelsea legend wants them to play and the performances have gradually improved as well, although there are still parts of it that need ironing out.

Blues picked up a point the last time they were on the road away at Blackburn Rovers but they were disappointed that it wasn’t all three after Ryan Shotton was denied a late winner thanks to a great save from the Rovers keeper.

The new boys Emilio Nsue, Cheick Keita and Kerim Frei have now all had a full weeks worth of training under Zola so I would expect all three of them to be in contention for the game at Carrow Road.

However, I don’t expect them all to start on Saturday afternoon. With that in mind, down below is the side that I think Zola will name along with the seven substitutes…

GK: Kuszczak
RB: Nsue
CB: Shotton
CB: Morrison
LB: Grounds
CM: Davis
CM: Gardner
CM: Kieftenbeld
RW: Adams
ST: Jutkiewicz
LW: Frei

Substitutes: Legzdins, Keita, Robinson, Gleeson, Tesche, Cotterill, Somolom-Otabor.

Blues fans, what do you make of the starting line up that has been predicted? Would you be happy to see that team face Norwich City on Saturday afternoon? Let us know in the comment section down below!
