Birmingham City are busy preparing themselves ahead of the visit of Leeds United on Tuesday night and Gary Rowett’s men head into the game off the back of a solid 2-0 away victory over Reading.

The win against the Royals was Blues’ first away from home since the 16th of January when they thrashed Derby County 3-0 and the result that followed that one was a 3-0 home win so who knows, could we be in for a 2-0 win this time round.

Steve Evans’ side haven’t travelled particularly well this season, winning just four times in the league away from Elland Road, but after an encouraging performance against table toppers Burnley at the weekend they could be looking to make that five.

The Whites have some very good players in their ranks, one of which is former Blues loanee Chris Wood. The ex-Leicester City forward is currently Leeds’ joint top goal scorer with nine goals and after several missed opportunities at the weekend he will be hoping he can put things right on Tuesday night.

Blues boss Rowett hasn’t hinted yet that he will once again change things around but I think we could potentially see one or two changes to the side that won at the weekend.

Down below is the team that I think Rowett will send out along with the seven substitutes…

GK: Legzdins
RB: Caddis
CB: Morrison
CB: Shotton
LB: Grounds
CDM: Gleeson
CDM: Kieftenbeld
RAM: Solomon-Otabor
CAM: Fabbrini
LAM: Vaughan
ST: Lafferty

Substitutes: Kuszczak, Spector, Davis, Toral, Cotterill, Maghoma, Donaldson.

As you can see I have made three changes to the side that won at the weekend because I think that Rowett may actually go that drastic. He made four changes at the Madejski stadium so what’s to stop him making changes again?

I have brought in James Vaughan, Diego Fabbrini and Viv Solomon-Otabor and I have taken Clayton Donaldson, David Davis and David Cotterill out.

Although these are changes that some fans may not make, I think Rowett may give Vaughan and Solomon-Otabor a go from the start just to give them a chance in the new system.

Blues fans, do you agree with the team above? Would you make changes to the side that won so comfortably at the weekend? Let us know in the comment section down below!
