Following Saturdays disappointing day out a Queens Park Rangers where not only the performance of the players was poor, but everything run by the London side was poor as well, there has to be changes made to this weeks team.

Blues boss Gary Rowett highlighted after the 2-0 loss at Loftus Road this his side just didn’t come out the starting blocks and eventually the poor pressure from Blues told when QPR got their reward.

For me, there are two reasons why Blues haven’t been performing over the past few games and that is because there has been a missing component in the starting XI.

It is all well and good Mr.Rowett saying that he can see that Jon Toral and Diego Fabbrini can both play in the same team together but he needs to work out that Toral is the man he should be starting in the Championship because he is the catalyst in most of what we do going forward.

As well as Rowett needing to realise that Toral needs to be reinstated back into the starting line up, he also needs to wake up and smell the coffee in regards to Ryan Shotton’s performances.

Prior to the R’s game at the weekend, I gave him my Man of the Match when we beat Bolton Wanderers 1-0 but Saturday’s performance from the on loan Derby County defender just goes to show how much we really miss Paul Caddis and I hope for the love of God, Rowett has seen that also.

Down below is the side that I would send out when the Tigers visit town on Thursday evening as well as the substitutes.

GK: Kuszczak.
RB: Caddis.
CB: Morrison.
CB: Robinson.
LB: Grounds.
CDM: Kieftenbeld.
CDM: Gleeson.
RAM: Cotterill.
CAM: Toral.
LAM: Maghoma.
ST: Donaldson.

Substitutes: Legzdins, Shotton, Spector, Davis, Fabbrini, Buckley, Vaughan.

As you can see I have made the two changes that I previously suggested further up the article because I think they will vastly improve the side.

Blues fans, what do you make of the changes that have been made to the predicted line-up ahead of this weeks fixture against Hull City? Let us know in the comment section down below!
