After what has been a very busy week for Birmingham City in terms of transfers, manager Gianfranco Zola will be hoping he can top of a successful last few days with a win against Blackburn Rovers.

Rovers, currently managed by former Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle, sit in 22nd place in the Championship with 24 points to their name but they won’t be easy to roll over.

Some of their best performances have come at home in the league this season, including an impressive 1-0 win over Newcastle United earlier this month.

Zola, who at the time of writing this has brought in Middlesbrough full back Emilio Nsue and Virtus Entella left back Cheick Keita this week, is still look for his first win as Blues boss but with fresher faces joining his squad, might this be the game where he finally gets the result he is looking for.

Down below is the side that I think Zola will name along with the seven substitutes…

GK: Kuszczak
RB: Nsue
CB: Shotton
CB: Morrison
LB: Grounds
CM: Davis
CM: Gleeson
CM: Gardner
RW: Cotterill
ST: Jutkiewicz
LW: Adams

Substitutes: Legzdins, Keita, Dacres-Cogley, Kieftenbeld, Tesche, Solomon-Otabor, Fabbrini.

Blues fans, what do you make of the predicted line up for the Blackburn game? Would you throw Emilio Nsue straight into the mix? Let us know in the comment section down below!
