Following the 2-0 defeat on Saturday against Rotherham United, it now means Birmingham City are without a win in the past four games.

Losses against the Millers, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa, paired with the draw against Ipswich Town, it now means Blues have picked up only four points out of a possible 12 this month.

Saturday’s performance was one of the worst Blues fans will have seen at home since the arrival of Gary Rowett and his staff.

Goals from former loanee Matt Derbyshire and Anthony Andreu either side of the half meant that Steve Evans and his side went home the happier of the two teams.

Down below are the ratings that I would give the players following the defeat as well as a sentence on how I feel they played during the game.

Kuszczak 7- Made some fantastic saves in the first half but will feel he could have done better with the two goals.

Caddis 6- Looked good going forward but could have done more to get the ball clear in the build up to the second goal.

Morrison 6- Fairly comfortable at the back but Derbyshire caused him problems all day!

Spector 5- Yet another shaky performance by Spector but I have confidence that he will get back to his consistent ways.

Grounds 5- Poor performance by the left back. Could have prevented the first goal had he got tighter to Derbyshire.

Kieftenbeld 6- Average performance by the summer signing. Looked tired throughout the game but was named the fans Man of the Match on the day.

Gleeson 4- Arguably his worst game of the season. Gave the ball away on the edge of the box for their second goal and looked tired throughout the game following a tough shift on Tuesday night.

Cotterill 5- Shouldn’t have been played in my opinion! He never really looked fit enough to be on the pitch.

Toral 5- Gave the ball away far to often and just didn’t look right in the game. No attacking threat whatsoever.

Gray 6- Another below average performance by the youngster. Yet again there was no end product from him as he missed a good chance in the first half.

Donaldson 6- Didn’t really have much to feed off. Poor supply all game to him so nobody can blame him for having a poor game.

Subs: Brock-Madsen (5), Shinnie (6), Maghoma (5).
