Nottingham Confidence Crisis

Nottingham Forest are looking short of confidence despite a positive start to the season. Forest have slumped in recent months, taking just 2 wins in 15.

Stuart Pearce has urged his team to find their confidence and beat Birmingham this weekend.

We need to improve and we need the confidence to say ‘I want the ball and I am going to pass the ball

We are suffering with a lack of confidence, there is no doubt about that. We just need to find that confidence. We need to find some arrogance on the ball.

One or two players are feeling sorry for themselves and, in this division, you cannot afford that.

It seems Pearce isn’t all to confident in his player’s either, hes taking to media interviews to spur his players on. Even explaining that there are some players feeling sorry for themselves.

Birmingham are a team the other end of the scale. At current the team are confident in themselves and in their manager. So will confidence tell in tomorrow’s game?

Momentum and belief are half the battle as Rowett has shown since coming into Birmingham. Forest could be set to continue their poor form until they turn the mood around.
