Birmingham face Barnsley this weekend at St Andrews without the services of midfielder Mehdi Nafti.

The Tunisia international misses the game because of a hamstring tear that he picked up in Blues` away game at Southampton last weekend, he could be out for a month.

Looking to make his first team debut is Kemy Agustien, he has been out of the side since arriving from AZ Alkmaar while he recovered from a hernia operation, but he played 45 minutes of a reserve game against Crewe in midweek and has declared himself ready to go.

Damien Johnson is still suffering from a back injury.

The last time these two teams met at St Andrews was 11th November 2006, this was a Championship game and Birmingham ran out 2-0 winners with goals from Gary McSheffrey and Neil Danns.
