It was certainly one of the more nerve-wracking afternoons that we’ve had to go through on the final day.
At least when you compare it to the end of the following season when things were pretty much wrapped up at half-time, whereas in this one things could have gone a whole lot different with one simple mistake.
I’m talking of course about our 1-0 victory over Bristol City on the final day of the 2016-17 season as we once again very narrowly avoided relegation down to League One, thanks to a goal from Che Adams in the first half.
What's your favourite final day memory?

Yesterday marked the three-year anniversary of that great day, and the club commemorated it by showing the highlights of the game, and perhaps, more importantly, the scenes of celebration at the end, and the Blues fans on social media couldn’t contain themselves when seeing the footage back again.
What a day

Bristol City admitted they wanted to send us down too. Harry even offered to go back out and have another minute with them! What an unforgettable day #BCFC
