As the old saying goes, all roads lead to Birmingham and Tomasz Kuszczak is back in the buzzing city having previously been a baggie.
Despite looking like a night club bouncer, he has the ability to extend his 6 foot 3 frame in a rather elegant manner. His shot stopping ability is second to none; even at his front post, unlike a certain Darren we can mention.
A goalkeeper that is just reaching the peak of his career, Rowett has snapped up a gem in Tomasz Kuszczak and I am confident that he will be with the club for a few years to come.
There is no question at all that Tomasz Kuszczak will be our first choice goalkeeper. I’ll eat my Birmingham City scarf if he doesn’t get the Number One jersey come what the start of the season. The way in which he commands his box will be unrivalled in the Championship next year, I will eat my Birmingham City hat if this isn’t true!
I believe Tomasz Kuszczak to be a fabulous addition to the team; a great role model for Nick Townsend as well.
