More Defensive Concerns

Martin Taylor was today set to undergo a scan on the hip injury that forced his substitution against Leeds at the weekend.

The player had to be taken off six minutes into the second half in last weekends clash.

‘It was some sort of muscle problem in my hip.

‘I felt it in the warm-up and I thought it would just go and that I would be able to run it off.

‘Unfortunately it just got worse,’ said Taylor when speaking to reporters.

I’m yet to see any news on the outcome of the scan, hopefully it won’t be a serious problem.
