Michael Morrison is pleased to of signed for Birmingham on loan, he also revealed that he only found out about the move on the Thursday night.
Birmingham were low on numbers at the back and in fairness to Lee Clark, he probably was a little apprehensive about bringing in another loan.
Rowett however has done what he needed to do and it very much paid off with Morrison performing very well in a more organised Birmingham City team away at Wolves.
The centre back will be with Blues until the end of December but the move could renewed or even made permanent as it would seem Charlton have no intention of keeping hold of Morrison.
Blues do have funds available to change the team and it would seem like Rowett is aiming to bring in some industrious players to firm up the foundation of the team.
