The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Aston Villa this Sunday.

Birmingham City host Aston Villa on Sunday October 30 for the game at St Andrew’s Stadium and the match carries a 12pm kick off.

Linesmen: Simon Long and Dan Cook
Fourth Official: Peter Bankes

Match Day referee Dean has officiated eight games in 2016/17 with a return of 34 yellow cards and one red card.

His highest card count so far this season was seven yellows in the game between Stoke City and Manchester City. He also showed seven yellows and one red in the game between Tottenham and Sunderland.

He took in 41 matches in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he handed out a total of 136 yellow cards and twelve red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Chelsea and Arsenal on September 19 with a total of six yellows being shown and two reds.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
