Malcolm Crosby may not be apart of Gary Rowett’s staff after he takes over at Birmingham City this week.
The caretaker boss could be set to leave after throwing in his hat to take over the job full time after Lee Clark departed. After losing both of his games and one very, very badly he may well no longer work for the club.
Crosby has been chief scout for two years and in that time the club have seen a decline in talent, partly due to the budget and partly due to poor signings on loan.
He could be gone as soon as Rowett comes in or may be given time to help the new staff bed in at the club, this much is yet to be revealed.
Richard Beale may remain with the club, this is yet to be confirmed also. Birmingham have been destroyed under the pairs watch and they did nothing to change Lee Clark’s selections or tactics during their spell in charge.
Ultimately Crosby was never in with a shout for the job.
