Birmingham City look set to miss out on another target from France, this time in the shape of Lorient striker Benjamin Moukandjo.
According to francefootball.fr, 28-year-old Moukandjo will refuse a move to Blues because he does not wish to play his football in the Championship.
The report claims that the striker will categorically turn down any advances from Blues meaning that there is yet more frustrations for manager Harry Redknapp in the transfer market.
Earlier today it was confirmed that the clubs number one target Lois Diony of Dijon had also opted against moving to Blues in favour of stay in France.
