Loans Should Be Coming In Soon

Birmingham manager Chris Hughton has told supporters that there will be players coming in this transfer window, not just going out.

£3million coming in has via a cash injection as sorted the immediate cash problems, but City missed out on Chris Wood and they have also now sold Jean Beausejour to Wigan.

And at anytime soon, Liam Ridgewell could well be going to West Brom once a deal has been sorted out.

Hughton told the Mail: ‘I don`t want to lose any more players. Jean was a stable influence around the squad and if Liam stays here, I would be very happy.

‘I would like to bring in two or three myself. We are looking at the loan market primarily.’
