Birmingham City winger Greg Stewart was on the scoresheet once again as his loan club, Kilmarnock, came out as 3-1 winners over Motherwell in the Scottish Premier League.

The 28-year-old scored Killie’s second goal, in a game that also saw former Blues winger Chris Burke get on the scoresheet. Stewart joined Kilmarnock in August 2018 on a season-long loan and has now scored an impressive three goals in four games.

It was another win for young full-back Steve Seddon, as his loan club Stevenage claimed a 1-0 away at Carlisle United. It was Seddon’s fifth appearance for the Boro, as well as his third clean sheet since slotting into Dino Maamria’s backline at Broadhall Way.

In the National League, it was yet another win for Corey O’Keeffe and Solihull Moors. The Moors came out as 1-0 winners away at Havant & Waterlooville to claim their fourth win in a row. O’Keeffe made his ninth appearance as a 63rd-minute substitute as Solihull now find themselves just two points off top of the league Salford City.

O’Keeffe has also managed to get a nomination for Solihull Moors’ Player of the Month for September, having picked up two Man of the Match awards over the month.

Under-23s midfielder Luke Maxwell was also in the Solihull Moors squad for the win at West Leigh Park but remained an unused substitute. Maxwell has appeared 10 times for the Moors, scoring two goals.

Lower down the non-league ladder, goalkeeper Jake Weaver made his debut for National League South side Hungerford Town. It, however, was not a debut to remember for the 21-year-old shot stopper, as the Crusaders went down 2-0 away at Slough Town.

Development squad duo Adam Siviter and Ben McLean both made their second appearances for AFC Totton in their Southern League Division One South win over Paulton Rovers. Goalkeeper Siviter and midfielder McLean both played key parts in their 4-1 win at the Athletic Field.

Elsewhere, Jonathan Grounds played the full 90 minutes in Bolton Wanderers’ 1-0 win at home to Derby County in the Championship. Grounds has now appeared six times for Bolton since joining on loan in August.

Cheikh N’Doye also made his seventh appearance for Ligue One side Angers over the weekend, but couldn’t prevent them from going down 1-0 at home to Guingamp.
