Vital Lincoln members have been very pleased with the re-arrival of young Nick Townsend in goal for them. The youngster has joined for a season`s long loan and is set to increase his already sterling reputation with the site`s members.

Great news once signed a sealed. Can’t see any way this will be a cost saving. Farman may get a loan / deal but can’t see we’d cover whatever we’re paying Brum for Townsend with it.

A signing that will undoubtedly strengthen the team. Personally, I don’t see the big gap between Townsend and Farman although Nick is the better all-round goalkeeper. All in all a good thing for the club though. I would be surprised to see Farms go out on loan. I would think that the third keeper, name escapes me, would be shipped out.
