Lee Clark watched his Blues side have a victory snatched away from them very late in the day at Huddersfield on Saturday and he was left feeling gutted.

It was a return to his old stamping ground for the boss who would not have minded putting one over on his old employees.

And things looked to be going according to plan when Callum Reilly’s first senior goal for the club looked like it was going to prove to be the winner.

But Huddersfield kept going and were rewarded deep into injury time with a goal from Adam Hammill.

Clark told Sky Sports: ‘I am gutted about the result. The key for us is to kill teams off. When the opposition are only one goal down then they have always got a chance.

‘When you are 40 seconds away from the end and you concede an equaliser it is a kick in the guts and we have to bounce back.’
