Birmingham midfielder Sebastian Larsson might have blown his move to Newcastle United after the player and the club could not agree personal terms.
The Swede was talking to the Magpies after he could not agree extension contract terms with Blues.
Now the same stunt is being pulled and it may now have cost him a move.
Blues boss Alex McLeish said: ‘Newcastle made a bid but I don’t think Seb could agree terms so he is still a Birmingham player.’
Some of Spain’s top clubs looking to step in for Larsson but not until the end of the season when he would be a free agent, Blues are of course, looking for a fee.
