Kuszczak and Grounds to stay put

Tomasz Kuszczak has signed a new two-year deal plus a further one-year option at Birmingham City.

The goalkeeper, 35, has appeared 80 times for Blues since joining on a free transfer in 2015 and the club were keen to extend the former Polish internationals time at St. Andrews.

Meanwhile, the club have taken up the one year option in Jonathan Grounds’ contract. The  29 year-old’s existing deal was due to expire next month.

Grounds has made 140 appearances for the club.
