Former Blues manager Lee Clark is back in management with Scottish Premier League side Kilmarnock.

Killie, who sit third from bottom in the SPL, have turned to Clark after Gary Locke resigned in January. Club captain Lee McCulloch has been in temporary charge and oversaw a draw against Rangers and a win against Motherwell.

McCulloch will return to a coaching role as part of Clark’s back room team.

The 43 year-old has been linked with several positions since leaving Blackpool but his destination is now north of the border.

Clark was in charge of Blues when they clawed back a two goal deficit in injury time to maintain their Championship status in 2014.

Vital Blues would like to wish him well in his new role.
