Luke Turner picks out a key player for tomorrow’s game…

Blues are again on the road tomorrow as they travel to face Reading following Saturday`s excellent victory at Fulham.

Gary Rowett has got the perfect reaction out of his players after the disappointment of the Wolves defeat, with the team winning two on the bounce without conceding.

If we are to get a third win in a row then I think that Jacques Maghoma will be key to it.

He was outstanding against Fulham at both ends of the pitch, both attacking and defending. The way he terrorised the Fulham defence and then tracked back to help out Jonathan Grounds was something to admire and I hope he can repeat that performance tomorrow.

Again, we are unlikely to have loads of the possession so what we do off the ball is very important.

The high pressing, the tracking of players and keeping solid will be crucial and these things are something that Maghoma can do very well.

He is very much an attack minded player but his defensive skills have also really impressed me. Being up against Chris Gunter tomorrow could turn out to be a good battle as the Welsh full back likes to get forward.

If Maghoma carries out his defensive duties correctly, then he could then have the edge on Gunter and then begin to attack towards him.

Hopefully he can also link up well with the likes of Adams, Donaldson and also Grounds down the left hand side and cause the Reading backline some problems.

Maghoma is starting to become an important player for us and I wouldn’t back against another strong performance tomorrow, hopefully capped off with a goal.
