Q: What was the first team you played for and were they any good? A: Yes, Chapelfield Colts and we won every title!

Q: Do you have a nickname? If so, what is it?
A: Yes, it`s Jacko or Challis.

Q: How were you spotted by Blues?
A: I was scouted at a grassroots final.

Q: How long have you been at the club?
A: Six years.

This goes to show how thorough and good our Blues scouting system is. No wonder we have produced such a high number of stars.

Q: Who has been the biggest influence on you since joining the club?
A: Kristjaan Speakman.

He is the head of the academy set up at the Blues and someone who most of the youngsters really admire.

Q: How much interaction do you have with the first team?
A: A lot. We see and speak to them every day.

Again that is great. They can pass on advice but also help to motivate the youngsters to work hard and achieve.

Q: What is the best piece of advice you`ve been given?
A: When everybody has gone home stay behind and do extra.

If it works for Cristiano, it works for our lads!


Q: What is your favourite pre-match meal?
A: Chicken, pasta, jacket potato and baked beans.

Q: What is the best goal you have ever scored and could you describe it?
A: I`ve only ever scored two and they were both headers.

A: Vincent Kompany.
