Well, that wasn’t the result we were hoping for. Trust the Blues to pick such a vital game to put in by far the worst performance under Garry Monk.

As you can imagine, fans are now going through all the permutations for how we could survive or be relegated on the final day.

Verdict:

An important thing to note is that nearly all teams in the relegation fight will be facing teams with something to play for. We face Fulham who still have a chance of automatic promotion.

Reading will be playing Cardiff who have the same ambition. Barnsley and Burton meanwhile will be playing Derby and Preston respectively, who are fighting it over the last playoff place.

Bolton are the only team playing a team with nothing to play for in Nottingham Forest. Wanderers will have to win by a massive margin to really have any chance of finishing above us though.
