“If appointed it will be yet another disaster”- Many Blues fans dejected at latest manager claim

|

If you thought things couldn’t get any worse around St Andrew’s at the moment, well things might just be heading that way.

That is of course if you already weren’t a big fan of the idea to start with, which just for the record, I am not.

According to a report from Birmingham Live, former Liverpool player Robbie Fowler is interested in becoming the next manager at St Andrew’s, although there is yet to be official contact between the two parties at this stage. Fowler has recently departed A-League side Brisbane Roar, where he compiled a record of 11 wins from 24 games in charge.

Will the new manager be in place by the time this season is finished?

Yes

No

Having already been pretty against the idea when his name was first brought up a few weeks ago, this news did not sit well with them, as they laughed off any notion of Fowler taking to St Andrew’s dugout in the future.

What about you? What do you make of these latest developments when it comes to the vacant job?

You would have to be pretty desperate for a job to work for BCFC under the present ownership.

When are fans going to learn the problem with o
our club is not the managers we appoint apart
from clerk and Zola that is .
What we need is new owners because these owners are destroying our club, and as for Robbie Fowler is he a yes man?.

Please, please don’t appoint Fowler, another Zola in the waiting, brilliant player – rubbish manager! Yes, it looks like Hughton is more interested in now going to Bristol City. To be honest I’m not sure why Jokanovic has been more prominently linked, at least he’s got a good record(ish) with Watford and Fulham – perhaps he’s too expensive?, if someone could tell me I’d appreciate it. So, for me that really only leaves Bowyer, but will he leave Charlton if they stay up?, so where does that leave us? Clough, not really thanks.
