Curtis Davies is understood to be on the way out of Birmingham shortly with reports this morning coming in that a fee of £2.25 million has been agreed between the clubs.

The clubs financial situation doesn’t allow it to have much backbone in these negotiations and it seems that Hull City have been looking for the lowest magic number. Blues fans have already reacted with disappointment at the fee on Facebook and Twitter (links to our pages are below.

Lee Clark looks to be a man short at centre back with no player currently linked with the club and it doesn’t look like Jack Hobbs will be apart of the deal after all.

With another key player set to leave it will be a testament to what Stephen Carr said yesterday, that Lee Clark has a real task on his hands.

Hull also look set to seal the deal on Manny Figueroa in the coming days as they boost their hopes of Premier League survival.
