Chris Hughton takes his side into a crunch game with West Ham on Monday wondering whether or not to change his side around to freshen them up.

Even though they had 55 games under their belts for the season so far, Blues swept aside Palace in their last game, just as they had done to Doncaster and Burnley before that.

But even though they have had some good results lately, Hughton knows that two games in 48 hours on the schedule his side have been keeping can only take its toll.

Striker Nikola Zigic was replaced at half-time at the weekend to keep the Serbian fresh for Upton Park and should line up with Marlon King up front.

Midfielder Keith Fahey returned from a groin problem to bag the second goal against Palace will be hoping that he gets the nod to start against the Hammers.

Should Hughton opt to freshen his side up, he does have Wade Elliott and Guirane N’Daw to pick from.

Jonathan Spector (thigh) and Pablo Ibanez (hamstring) are not yet ready.
