Well, it looks as if we’re getting somewhere.
Numerous reports yesterday seemed to suggest that Blues were in the ‘advanced stages’ of bringing in former Middlesbrough and Nottingham Forrest head coach Aitor Karanka to fill the vacancy at St Andrew’s.
He ticks all the boxes that the club are supposedly looking for, having racked up over 200 games of management in English football, with a very impressive record of 43% win percentage. On top of that, he got Middlesbrough promoted and Nottingham Forest up to 7th in the table before he left the City Ground.
I did say earlier today that there is to be some scepticism when it comes to being linked with the Spaniard as there tends to be a lot of money involved when it comes to his success, but that’s just my view.
And there was also some scepticism on social media about the idea as well, with not everyone seemingly on board with the proposal.
Really hope this is true

I hope this is just a rumour. Karanka is hopeless, just ask Boro fans 😱

If all goes well tomorrow it’s Karanka... if it all goes horribly wrong then it’s Clough

What about you? What do you make of the idea of us bringing in Karanka?
unless it is in writing I’m really not interested. Its the same with new signings blues are doing this and blues are doing that ,why bother when we get a new manager they to to be given at the least 2 seasons to sort out the mess, shambles ,gutless club we have turned out to be
