Ian Holloway has paid tribute to Blues strikers Clayton Donaldson and Lukas Jutkiewicz.

The former Blackpool and QPR manager featured in a live Facebook stream with Gary Rowett courtesy of Sky Bet. Holloway said – “Clayton Donaldson runs both channels. It’s unbelievable how he does it, he’s 32 but he still does it”.

Holloway continued – “If he’s injured, it really hit you last year, but you’ve got Lukas Jutkiewicz and can play them both if you want so you’ve moved forward, expanded”.

The Jamaican striker notched up his one hundredth appearance for the club in last night’s win over Rotherham.

Meanwhile, Vital Blues understands that Blues have agreed a fee with Burnley for the permanent transfer of Jutkiewicz. The loanee has scored four goals in eight appearances and Rowett is keen to make the deal permanent in January.
