Heckingbottom confirms Roberts bids

Barnsley manager Paul Heckingbottom has told BBC Radio Sheffield that the club have rejected bids for Birmingham City target Marc Roberts.

The clubs remain unnamed but Blues have expressed a clear interest in luring the Barnsley skipper away from Oakwell.

The 26-year-old centre back is catching the eye of numerous clubs and his situation has been described as ‘ongoing’ by his manager.
