Don’t worry, this is only a change in the starting line-up rather than in the dugout.

Although, there are a few fans who are calling for change in the dugout, but we can talk about that another time.

One of the signings that the Blues made in the latter stages of the transfer window was that of Jefferson Montero on a season-long loan from Swansea City. In fact it came so late in the window that the club nearly didn’t get the paperwork done in time.

Montero spoke to the Blue’s in house media department BluesTV about how he is settling into life at St Andrew’s, and working with Pep Clotet again (who worked under Garry Monk when he was Swansea boss).

Having already made a good impression when he made his first appearance for City against Barnsley last week, it seems that fans want to see more of him. He was ineligible for the trip to South Wales on Sunday, he should be available for this weekend’s game against Stoke City (barring any mishaps in training).

Speaking of this weekend, a lot of Blues fans were hoping to see him finally make his first start for the team when the Potters come to town.

Although, one Swansea fan was on hand to warn Bluenoses not to get their hopes up on him making it all the way through the game.
