These Blues fans have been reacting to show footage shown of one of the more memorable nights at St Andrew’s.
Not only was it memorable, I’d go so far as to say ‘emphatic’ in the end, even if it took us a while to get there.
Whilst there is no football on, Birmingham City decided to dip into the archives once again to show us footage of a classic match, this time opting for our 4-1 triumph over Ipswich Town in the semi-final of the 2000/01 Worthington Cup. Extra-time goals from Geoff Horsfield and Andy Johnson were enough to seal the win on the night and send Blues fans into hysterics, and onto the pitch.
Do Blues need to bring in another winger this summer?
Yes
No
Blues fans weren’t going to miss out on an opportunity to relive these moments again, as they flooded to social media to reminisce about that night and relive the moments over again.
The best one for me, every goal the tannoy pleading with fans to get off the pitch

Let’s just hope we don’t have to wait too long before we see these kinds of nights back in B9.
