He was becoming well liked by the fans due to his exceptional shot stopping ability.
In my opinion, he has the potential to be better than Jack Butland for the Blues. He has the physical and mental attributes to be a goalkeeper and also listens to advice of the coaches. He seems to genuinely take positive and negative comments on board and due to this, is always improving.
The injury should see him enter the rehab stage, and may last a month or so.
