Birmingham City have their first win of the campaign. It’s been a graft, but finally, Blues get their reward for their countless minutes of hard work and endeavour this season.
Where did the win come from? Championship table-toppers Leeds United. To me, that just makes it that little bit more satisfying and what a confidence boost it will be for Garry Monk’s side. Two goals from Che Adams just takes that little bit of pressure off the team and hopefully, we can now kick on and really do well this season.
This result will no doubt bring a lot of optimism, especially given our performances prior to the win. Hopefully, we can take confidence into our next game, as Blues take on 23rd place Ipswich Town at St Andrew’s.
