Q: Do you have a nickname? If so, what is it?
A: Yes, it`s Kaybay

Footballers, no matter how young, always have the most inventive nicknames don’t they?!

Q: How were you spotted by Blues?
A: At a school game by Paul Luvin.

An admirable scouting system is in place by Birmingham City, often recruiting youngsters.

Q: How long have you been at the club?
A: Since the U11s.

A long established member who knows the Blues ethos!

Q: Who has been the biggest influence on you since joining the club?
A: Ian King, Mike Dodds and Sam Wilkinson.

These are academy coaches. Very highly regarded by both players and parents.

Q: What are your strengths as a player?
A: I`m fast, strong and score goals.

Not bad for a striker…

Q: How much interaction do you have with the first team?
A: None.

Disappointing as it would inspire the young lads.

Q: What is your favourite pre-match meal?
A: Pasta and bread.

Which team did you support as boy? Arsenal.

He will have heard about Martins goal quite a bit then…!

Q: What is the best goal you have ever scored and could you describe it?
A: So many, I can`t say!

He is a funny, young lad is Khaellem! Very confident and not afraid to joke about his ability, but he is humble… Just a bit of a joker!

Q: What is the most memorable match you have played in and why?
A: Against FC Twente. I scored and played well.

So a very self focused lad, which is good at this age as it’s all about personal development. Not a bad attitude for a striker, but hope he appreciates his team mates too.
