Ben Foster has urged Birmingham to get his future sorted out soon so he can complete a move to West Brom.

Foster has joined boss Roy Hodgson in admitting that he wants a quick decision from his parent club Birmingham.

Foster has been in good form since going to the Hawthorns on loan and Hodgson is in no doubt that he wants to sign the stopper.

Birmingham were irritated last week by Hodgson`s comments and are determined to put all negotiations on hold until they know what division they will be in next term.

But Foster fears the Baggies could go looking further afield for a keeper if Blues keep stalling.

He said: “I totally agree (with Hodgson). If a decision can be made soon, then fantastic. I`ve got nothing but good things to say about Birmingham and the same about West Brom.

“I`ve loved my time here and at Birmingham. We`ve got to come to a decision at the end of the season and I think Birmingham will be the ones who make it.

“The Championship season finishes earlier than the Premier League so I`m sure, come the end of that, a decision will be made one way or the other.”
