A look back at a great goal scored in 2004
Check out this solo effort by the one and only Mikael Forssell way back when.
Forssell was initially on loan with Birmingham, as he was when he scored the goal in the video. He made 32 appearances in his first season scoring 17 league goals and becoming a hero.
Injury would go on to stifle a second loan move before Blues would go back in for the forward, paying around £3m to bring him to the club permanently.
He would go on to make over 60 more appearances for Blues (league games) before finally leaving for Hannover in 2011.
