Clinton Morrison has joined Exeter City on a non-contractual basis. The former Blues striker has been without a club since the summer.

Exeter City have boosted their attacking options with what they will see as a very experienced striker. Someone that can lend his knowledge to the club of higher divisions.

The move comes towards the end of Morrison’s career after he found himself unable to find a club since leaving Colchester in the summer.

Exeter will not be signing Morrison to a contract, clearly the club are unable to commit to the player at this stage in his career.

Morrison was born in Tooting and represented Ireland during his playing career. After joining Birmingham for £4.2 million he went on to score 14 league goals in 87 appearances during his three years with the club.
