Ex-Blues loanee Lloyd Dyer is reportedly interesting Midlands rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers after the Gold and Blacks freed up a space in their squad by allowing Michael Jacobs to join league one side Wigan Athletic.

The former academy player had a poor loan spell with the Blues towards the latter end of last season. Despite scoring the winner in the last home game of the season against Charlton Athletic, his time with the Blues was one that most fans would label as a poor bit of business.

According to wdsport.co.uk, Dyer is ready to move away from the Premier League new boys. Following a large amount of arrivals at Vicarage Road, Dyer is quite far down the pecking order in the Hornets squad and is yet to feature in any of their preseason games.

Dyer claims he told the clubs owners “I don’t want to waste your money”. This indicates that he is now ready to move on from what has been a disastrous time in London and get back to playing football and it looks as though Wolves could be his next destination.

Blues fans, would you welcome Dyer back to St.Andrews? Or would you rather he goes to Wolves? Let us know in the comment section down below!
