Former Blues boss in line for Premier League job

Former Birmingham City manager Gary Rowett is believed to be in the running for the vacant post at Premier League side Swansea City.

On Tuesday, Bob Bradley was relieved of his duties by the Welsh side and it is now thought that Rowett and Chris Coleman are the two front runners for the Swans job.

Personally, I don’t believe that Rowett is ready for a job in the top flight of English football, but you can never gain experience in the Premier League if nobody takes a gamble on you.

Swansea are sat at the foot of the table in the Premier League at this moment in time so I really don’t think that is the sort of job that he should be taking because he is set up for failure there, although some could say that he was set up for that when he came to Blues.

Bluenoses, how would you feel about seeing Gary in another dugout? Let us know in the comment section down below!
